Rock band Lustra has accused singer/actress Miley Cyrus, star of Disney’s Hannah Montanna of ripping off one of their songs. Lustra’s preexisting, suggestive song “Scotty Doesn’t Know” appeared in the motion picture “Eurotrip.” Hannah Montana’s later recorded and released “Rockstar” does sound a lot like it
